Shipping Information

啧啧啧啧啧啧We deliver products to over 70 countries around the world. Most of our products are in lyophilized form and shipped at ambient temperature. You will receive your products within 1-7 business days. Overnight delivery is available only for destinations in the United States (except for Alaska and Hawaii) and Switzerland.

We offer same-day shipping option for rush orders with United States and Switzerland destinations.

* Only available before 3:00 PM (Local Time).

* Only applicable for products that are in-stock at our United States or Switzerland facility and the destination is in the United States or Switzerland.

* An $80 Shipping Fee will be charged for this service.

Notes

啧啧啧啧啧啧Temperature sensitive enzymes and kits will be shipped in liquid form, using blue ice packs by default.

The package will be shipped out from our corresponding operation plants located in America or Europe or Asia.
